3-day tour from Tangier to Sahara Desert:

Day 1: Tangier to Merzouga

• Depart Tangier in the morning and drive towards Merzouga, a small village on the edge of the Sahara Desert.

• En route, pass through the stunning scenery of the Middle Atlas Mountains and stop at the cedar forests to see the resident Barbary macaques.

• Visit the beautiful Ziz Valley and the towns of Erfoud and Rissani before arriving at your desert camp in Merzouga.

• Enjoy a camel ride into the desert to watch the sunset and enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner at the campsite.

• Overnight in a desert camp in Merzouga.

Day 2: Merzouga to Zagora

• Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the sand dunes and enjoy breakfast at the campsite.

• Take a camel ride back to Merzouga and drive towards Zagora, passing through the Draa Valley, which is known for its palm groves and ancient Kasbahs.

• Visit the historical Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and explore the surrounding area.

• Arrive in Zagora in the evening and enjoy dinner at your hotel.

• Overnight in a hotel in Zagora.

Day 3: Zagora to Tangier

• After breakfast, depart Zagora and drive back towards Tangier, passing through the High Atlas Mountains and stopping in Ouarzazate, which is known as the "Gateway to the Sahara".

• Visit the Atlas Studios, the largest movie studio in Africa, and see some of the film sets used in famous movies and TV shows.

• Continue the drive back to Tangier and arrive in the evening.
